Microwave vegetable recipes! Yes, finally, all the recipes for vegetables cooked in the microwave are collected in one place. Most specify covering the dish before cooking so use either a casserole dish (microwave-safe, of course) or plastic wrap. For safety, after cooking vegetables under plastic wrap, slit the plastic to let the steam release before removing it. Microwaves vary so much in power, so please use the time instructions in these recipes as a guideline.
I'm still learning about cooking vegetables in the microwave so would appreciate your ideas and recipes! ~ Alanna
